台灣時間19日中午，林書豪已經從紐約飛抵火箭隊所在地美國德州的休士頓，林書豪的迎新記者會，預計將在台灣時間20日上午5點召開。

林書豪從紐約機場搭機前往休士頓，戴著招牌黑框眼鏡，一身條紋帽Ｔ，神情愉悅輕鬆。根據了解，林書豪目前已經抵達休士頓，到醫院完成初步健康檢查之後，坐上球團為他準備的黑頭車回到下榻飯店。

While all the Rockets brass — including owner Leslie Alexander — are still in Las Vegas, the team’s newest icon, Jeremy Lin, was arriving in Houston.
   

Lin, who became a Rocket on Tuesday night when the Knicks declined to match Houston’s free-agent offer, flew into town Wednesday afternoon. He will be officially unveiled at a press conference on Thursday.
  

“I’m definitely extremely excited to be back,” Lin said in an interview with FOX 26 Sports. “Houston has been a great organization to me. When I left earlier it wasn’t on bad terms. So I’m definitely very, very excited to be back and play for Coach (Kevin) McHale.
  

“It’s been very crazy,” Lin said. “I’m just extremely excited, thankful and humbled to be here.”
  

林書豪說:自己很高興，很激動。他之前離開的時候是他低谷時期，這次回來很興奮。然後說到他還會跟他的助理教練合作，很高興。然後是這幾天發生的事情，讓他很興奮。
